Terms of Use

These terms are between you and Tanzi Labs LLC ("we", "us"), Wyoming, USA, and cover the Beadline app for iPhone. By installing or playing Beadline you accept them. Apple's standard licence terms apply as well; where they conflict with these, Apple's control for the App Store.

Licence

We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to play Beadline on Apple devices you own or control, for your own enjoyment. The game, its art, music, levels and code are ours or our licensors' and stay ours; you may not copy, sell, modify or reverse-engineer them except where the law lets you.

Coins, boosters and purchases

Beadline uses in-game coins and items such as hints, cords, lives and a piggy bank. They are part of the game, have no value outside it, cannot be cashed out or transferred, and may be changed, rebalanced or withdrawn as the game evolves. Purchases are made through Apple, at the price Apple shows in your region, and are subject to Apple's terms and refund rules; we do not process payments and cannot issue refunds ourselves. Progress and purchases are tied to your device and Apple ID; restoring non-consumable purchases is in the app's settings.

Ads

Beadline may show ads, including videos you choose to watch for an in-game reward. Ads are provided by third-party networks named in our privacy policy; we do not control their content. The Remove Ads purchase removes interstitial ads.

Fair play

Do not cheat, exploit bugs, tamper with the app or its saved data, or use the game in a way that harms other players or us. We may suspend or end your access to the game if you do, without refund of in-game items.

Changes and availability

We may update, change or discontinue the game or any part of it — levels, items, prices, features — at any time. We try to give notice of material changes in the app or on this page. The game is provided "as is"; we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the game, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the game in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the consumer law of your home country requires otherwise.
