A run only moves onto a cord whose end bead matches its colour, or onto an empty cord — and it can leave from either end of its own cord. If no slide is left, the sheet offers three ways on: undo (three are free every level), a cord of two more beads of room, or try the level again. Nothing you have is lost by trying again except the attempt.

From level 13 a level you lose costs one of five lives; one comes back every twenty minutes, and a fail in the first ten seconds is free. When you are out, the out-of-lives sheet shows the time to the next one, a refill for coins, an hour of unlimited lives, or one life for a short video.

A hint shows the solver's next slide on the board. A cord is two beads more of room, equipped before a level starts. Both are bought with coins in the shop or lent by a winning streak; the daily ladder gives one of each every week.

Open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchases. Coins, boosters, lives and the piggy bank are delivered the moment Apple confirms the transaction; if a download was interrupted, restoring completes it. Still missing? Write to us with the date and the App Store receipt.

Purchases are made through Apple, so refunds are Apple's: reportaproblem.apple.com, within Apple's rules. We cannot issue refunds ourselves.

Remove ads removes the interstitials — the ads between levels — for good. The videos you can choose to watch for a life, a double or a way through stay available because they are yours to choose; nothing plays unless you tap it.

Progress is saved on the device. Non-consumable purchases (Remove ads, the starter pack) come back with Restore purchases on any device signed into the same Apple ID. Cloud sync of progress is on our list.

No account, no name, no email. Gameplay analytics under an identifier the app makes up; when ads are on, the ad networks' identifiers behind Apple's tracking prompt. The privacy policy says exactly what and why.
